2. It probably has something to do with the new trailer ownership stuff, it is most likely a mod that is somehow conflicting. Altough since update 1.32, there have been lots of bugs (even quite the game breaking one which required me to delete my in game profile and make a new one) so i would not rule out that at the moment some cargoes are just broken due to the way its being handeled now.
